About the Role
Help individuals and families in Henderson, NV evaluate personal insurance needs. Develop relationships, gather accurate household information, compare available options, and support placement and renewals for home, auto, umbrella, and related personal coverages.
Responsibilities
- Develop new client relationships and respond promptly to coverage inquiries.
- Review household property, vehicles, liability exposures, and changes in insurance needs.
- Prepare accurate applications and explain limits, deductibles, exclusions, and policy conditions.
- Coordinate policy changes, renewals, document requests, and claims reporting.
- Keep complete records of recommendations, carrier responses, and client instructions.
Qualifications
- Personal insurance sales or service experience, or relevant relationship-based sales experience with an applicable insurance license.
- An active Property and Casualty or the applicable Personal Lines authority license appropriate to the assigned products and jurisdictions. Required appointments, authorizations, and product training must be completed before regulated sales activity.
- Ability to communicate clearly, document client instructions, safeguard confidential information, and follow agency and carrier procedures.
- Comfort using an agency management system, email, video meetings, and digital application tools.
- Ability to serve clients in the advertised market under the work arrangement specified for this opening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with homeowners, auto, umbrella, flood, or specialty personal lines and agency management systems.

This is a remote role serving the Henderson, NV market. The city identifies the recruiting and client-service market; it does not represent a CoreShield office. Product and state authority must be verified before sales activity.
Compensation details
Commission-based independent-contractor opportunity with no base salary. Compensation is based on eligible home, auto, umbrella, and other personal insurance business placed and agency revenue received. Earnings vary with production, coverage mix, and policy retention. Commission rates, renewal eligibility, payment timing, and adjustments for cancellations or premium changes are specified in the written agent agreement. Earnings are not guaranteed.
