About the Role
Develop private risk relationships in Las Vegas, NV. Help clients evaluate high-value homes, secondary residences, valuable collections, vehicles, watercraft, and excess liability needs. Coordinate careful discovery, specialist carrier submissions, and ongoing policy reviews.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with private clients and professional referral contacts.
- Document property characteristics, collections, lifestyle exposures, and existing insurance arrangements.
- Coordinate valuations and carrier information requests without substituting estimates for professional appraisals.
- Explain coverage structure, limits, exclusions, deductibles, and claims-reporting procedures.
- Review changing exposures and coordinate timely renewals and service follow-through.
Qualifications
- Experience in private client, high-value personal insurance, or complex personal lines relationships.
- An active Property and Casualty license appropriate to the assigned products and jurisdictions. Required appointments, authorizations, and product training must be completed before regulated sales activity.
- Ability to communicate clearly, document client instructions, safeguard confidential information, and follow agency and carrier procedures.
- Comfort using an agency management system, email, video meetings, and digital application tools.
- Ability to serve clients in the advertised market under the work arrangement specified for this opening.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with high-value homes, valuable articles, excess liability, private client carriers, or professional adviser referrals.

Compensation details
Commission-based independent-contractor opportunity with no base salary. Compensation is based on eligible private-client insurance business placed and agency revenue received, including high-value homes, vehicles, collections, and excess liability coverage. Commission rates, renewal eligibility, shared-account arrangements, and payment adjustments are specified in the written agent agreement. Earnings vary with production and retention and are not guaranteed.
Getting started
Recruiting includes a review of relevant experience and credentials, job-related assessments where assigned, and interviews. New agents follow a documented onboarding and training checklist covering licensing, privacy, agency systems, client discovery, placement procedures, and service standards.
